I never planned on being in corporate. In my 20s, I was anti-system, anti-hierarchy, completely uninterested in climbing ladders or playing by old rules.

And yet here I am helping leaders, billion-dollar organizations, and global teams redefine how leadership works.

Because here's the truth:

The closer I got to the inside, the more clearly I saw how badly leadership needed to change.

After 20 years leading operations, production, and global programs for brands like ESPN, ABC, Sony, Cirque du Soleil, Estée Lauder Companies, Samsung, and Timberland...

...I realized the same thing in every environment:

People don't need to be controlled. They need to be trusted. They don't need more pressure. They need clarity. They don't need another system. They need leadership that actually treats them like humans.

I'd been building teams that delivered impossible results without burning out. And I'd been doing it differently than everyone else around me.

My work integrates neuroscience, energy leadership, human behavior, operational rigor, and real-world experience leading under pressure. I hold certifications as Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, SAFe Practitioner, and am trained in neuroscience-based coaching and I am a dedicated Vedic meditator.

I'm here to help build the leaders this next era demands.
